Lakewood Church Shooting Suspect Was A Transgender
The MSM media failed to report in the beginning that the Lakewood Church shooting suspect was a Transgender. They typically fail to report details like that so as to mislead the public. They only want to promote their Transgender agenda and willfully withhold facts that would hurt their agenda. The violence from the Democrat Party’s support of Trantifa is increasing every day.
Reports indicate that the individual responsible for firing multiple rounds inside Houston’s Lakewood Church on Sunday was a Transgender woman who had a pro-Palestinian slogan on the gun he used. According to ABC, the words “Free Palestine” were written on the rifle. The shooter has been identified as Genesse Ivonne Moreno, formerly known as Jeffrey Escalante, as reported by the Houston Chronicle.
Moreno had a criminal record that included various charges such as assault, forgery, marijuana possession, theft, evading, and unlawful carrying of a weapon. On Sunday, shortly before 2 p.m., Moreno entered the church accompanied by a 5-year-old boy. It was reported that a church service in Spanish was about to begin, as stated by USA Today.
During the incident, Moreno claimed to have explosives in a backpack he was wearing, although none were found. Houston Police Chief Troy Finner refrained from speculating on Moreno’s motivations, stating that a search for a motive is ongoing. It is known that Moreno sprayed a substance on the ground, but its nature remains unknown. According to KTRK-TV, up to 12 shots were fired. Moreno was shot and killed by an off-duty Houston police officer and a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent who were working at the church.

Unfortunately, the 5-year-old boy was critically injured in the crossfire, and a 57-year-old man was wounded in the leg. The investigation is ongoing to determine who shot the innocent bystanders. Pastor Joel Osteen expressed his condolences and stated that his congregation would pray for everyone involved. He emphasized the importance of staying strong and moving forward in the face of such tragic events.
Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, a member of the Democratic Party, expressed in a formal statement that she refrains from making any presumptions regarding the shooter’s motives, as new information is still being gathered. However, she urges the investigation to thoroughly examine the possibility of the incident being a hate crime, considering that it occurred during an exclusively Spanish service.
Furthermore, Hidalgo conveyed her solidarity with the Lakewood congregation as they navigate the aftermath of this distressing day. She also extended her support to the young child and adult who were confirmed to have been injured in the shooting, as reported by ABC.
